Frequent Problems
- The decoder starts with a black screen with written "1 – Invalid decoder code – ADB70002", "QTA turner failed – ADB 40001", "digital terrestrial receiver loader" or something similar
- Keep the decoder connected to the power line and the antenna for 1–2 days. If the problem persists contact the support.
- The decoder is frozen on one channel, the LED blinks when pressing a button of the remote control but nothing happens

Try the following procedure on the remote control:
- Remove batteries
- Press repeatedly the buttons
- Leave the remote control for a couple of minutes
- Insert the batteries
- The decoder requires a PIN code
- Factory PIN is 1234.
To manage the PIN select the "Parental Control" item in the Main Menu. - The decoder is not tuning some channels or those channels are displayed with pixilation or interruptions

Usually this problem isn’t related to the decoder. Most diffused causes are:
- No signal coverage or low signal
- The antenna system is not adequate, some frequencies could be attenuated.
It can be a problem on the antenna socket. - The broadcaster changed broadcasting frequency
- Try to do a channel scan
Menu> Installation> Channel Search> Reinstall Channels (PIN is 1234) - Try to connect the decoder to another antenna socket (then rescan channels)
- Try the decoder in other conditions, to some neighbor or friends (then rescan channels)
- I cannot hear the audio

- Check the connectors between you decoder and the TV set (or Stereo)
- Try to unplug the power cable of the decoder
- Try to restore default settings: Menu> Installation> Factory Settings> Yes

For all warranty period (2 year) servicing, please return the product to the store where it was purchased with its power supply unit, remote control and warranty receipt. The retailer will organise servicing via our distributor. Support normally takes 7-10 working days.
Please bring your set-top box, power supply unit, remote control and warranty receipt to one of our certified service collection points.
