Important message for 2000T customers.
Dear I-CAN 2000T Customers,
On 6th of November a new software has been send over the air to update your set-top boxes with the latest improvements. In case your set-top box faces any difficulties during of just after the update process (e.g. difficulty in audio reception), we would like to inform you to follow these steps: Step 1:
- Switch the power off by unpluging the power supply unit
- Wait 10 seconds
- Switch the power on by connecting the power supply unit
Step 2 - to be performed only if the problem still persist:
- Proceed to "Menu -> Installation" menu
- Enter the PIN code on the propmt screen (default: 1234)
- Proceed to "Factory Reset" option
- Confirm that you want to reset to factory default settings
Please kindly note that the default PIN code remains unchanged and is still 1234. You are advised to use this value anytime when asked and when, by default, the Parental Lock option is in use. PIN value remains unchanged in case you have ever set it to your preferred value.
