ADB warrants that at the time of purchase and for the duration of this Warranty, the ADB I-Can set-top box (the Product) will be materially free from defects in material or workmanship and shall conform to ADB’s Specifications.

In-warranty services The warranty period lasts 24 months from the time of purchase. It is thus of utmost importance that you provide us with your receipt of purchase to prove that the box is in warranty. Set-top boxes returned without receipt of purchase are treated as out of warranty and a repair fee will be charged. Set-top boxes that have been damaged due to external influences not attributable to ADB will also be treated as out of warranty product. If still repairable the service centre will charge a repair fee. In some instances were a repair is impossible (e.g. due to vandalism or where the box was flooded with liquid) the service centre will return the box in its current state and charge a handling fee (prices can be found under Service Charges).

The retail store will have to contact and send the STB to our official distributor ZAP. Usually support takes 7-10 working days.
For i-CAN 2000T - i-CAN 1900T - i-CAN 1800T In the event that your set-top box requires repair during its warranty period, bring it, with its power supplier unit, its remote control and the receipt for the warranty, to one of our certified service collection points. Out of warranty services Currently ADB does not offer out of warranty services after 2 years from the purchase date. We are exploring alternative services that will be available the the coming months.
